Acceptable Use Policy

Nordic Method is a personal self-development program. This policy describes what you can — and cannot — do with the service. It is part of our Terms of Service: breaking it can mean losing access.

1. What the service is for

Your subscription gives you one personal, non-transferable account for your own use: daily lessons, micro-tasks, self-assessments, reflections, goals and well-being practices. Use it for yourself, at your own pace. That is the whole idea.

2. What you must not do

• Share or resell access. Do not share your login, let others use your account, or resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the service or its content.
• Copy the program. Do not scrape, bulk-download, republish or redistribute lessons, exercises, analyses or any other content, whether manually or with automated tools.
• Break or probe the service. Do not attempt to bypass payment or access controls, probe or test vulnerabilities, disrupt the infrastructure, or access other users' data. (Genuine security research: email us first at hello@nordicmethod.app — we welcome responsible disclosure.)
• Automate abuse. Do not use bots or scripts to create accounts, submit forms, complete the quiz, or generate traffic.
• Use it unlawfully. Do not use the service in violation of any law that applies to you, or to harass, defraud or harm anyone.
• Misrepresent us. Do not present yourself as affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for Nordic Method or Nordic Ecolab.

3. Your own content

Reflections, journal entries and goals are private to your account, and we want it to stay that way — write freely. You are responsible for what you write; do not store content in the service that is unlawful for you to hold.

4. A note on what the service is not

Nordic Method is self-help and education, not medical care or therapy. Do not rely on it in a mental-health emergency. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line — in Norway, Mental Helse at 116 123.

5. Enforcement

If an account breaks this policy, we may — depending on how serious it is — warn you, suspend access, or terminate the account as described in the Terms of Service. Where the breach caused no harm and looks like an honest mistake, we will normally talk to you first.

6. Reporting abuse

Seen something that breaks this policy — or a security issue? Email hello@nordicmethod.app. We read everything.
